Terms and ConditionsQuality All our items are new and unused unless otherwise stated and are fully covered against manufacturers defects. We check all items prior to sending them to ensure they are in excellent condition. All trees are guaranteed to be in good health at the point of sale. We will not sell any trees that appear to be in ill health and reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund in full for a tree that appears to be so. We can not be held responsible for deterioration or loss of a trees health due to poor after care We can not insure against damage caused by misuse. Payment We are able to accept a number of on line payment options: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Personal Cheque, Postal/Money orders (payable to 'S Marshall') or cash on collection. Payment by Credit/Debit Card is via the Paypal server but an account is not a requirement No goods are normally dispatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds Refunds / Returns We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We are happy to exchange or refund any unused or defective items returned to us as sold with in 14 days of receipt. All items are checked before dispatch but if you item is found to be faulty we will exchange or refund the full amount including return postage costs. If you wish to return an because it has been bought in error then you will be responsible for the return postage costs and a refund will only be given if the item is received in a re-saleable condition. Exclusions apply to some perishable items - please ask for further details. Collection in Person/Advance Viewing of Items If you are wanting to collect an item(s) then we ask that this is by appointment and we can accommodate most requests. Viewing of items is also by prior arrangement. Please note we can not process credit or debit card transactions on site and collected items must be paid for in full on collection.
